Price
adjustment in Madrid almost oover but coast still in
trouble say Knight Frank

A director of estate agents Knight Frank in Spain points out
that the property market is made up of different segments, some
of which are doing better than others.
“There are homes on the coast you practically can’t give
away, whilst in Madrid, for example, the correction in house
prices is almost over,” That was Alberto Prieto, a director of
Knight Frank in Spain, in a recent interview with the Spanish
business paper Expansión.
He goes onto say that prices overall will continue trending
down, whilst transactions head up, especially in Madrid,
Barcelona, and regional capitals in the north.
